Confidentiality Policy

1. General Provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 52-FZ “On personal data” dated July 27, 2006 and specifies the procedure for personal data processing and personal data safety measures of My Business, Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization, location: 15, Marshala Koneva St., Vologda, 160000

The primary purpose established by the operator and the condition of its operation is respect for human and citizen rights and freedoms when processing their personal data including defence of privacy rights and personal and family secrets.

This Operator’s policy with respect to personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall apply to all the information about the visitors of the web-site https://export.marketvologda.ru/en/ that may be received by the Operator.

2. Main Terms Used in the Policy

Automated personal data processing – processing of personal data using computers;
Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of personal data processing (except where processing is necessary for personal data refinement);

Depersonalisation of personal data – actions, as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine ownership of personal data to a specific User or another personal data subject without using additional information;
Personal data processing – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation means or without using such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data;
Operator – a state authority, a municipal authority, a legal entity or an individual that independently or together with other entities or persons organizes and/or performs personal data processing, as well as defines the goals of personal data processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) to be performed with personal data;
Personal data – any information related directly or indirectly to a particular or identifiable User of the web-site https://export35.ru/
User – any visitor of the web-site https://export.marketvologda.ru/en/
Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a particular person or a particular group of persons;
Personal data distribution – any actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to the public (personal data transfer) or at familiarization of the public with personal data, including personal data disclosure in mass media, distribution in information and telecommunication networks or provision of access to personal data by any other means;
Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign country, to the government authority of a foreign country, to a foreign individual or legal entity;
Destruction of personal data — actions, as a result of which personal data are destroyed irreversibly with the impossibility to subsequently restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or as a result of which material media of personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of a User

Surname, name, patronymic;
E-mail:
Phone numbers:
Taxpayer Identification Number, date of its registration, details of the certificate of registration with the tax authorities;
Information on the place of work;
To gather statistics and analyse the Web-Site operation, the Operator processes the following data using the
Yandex.Metrika metric service:
personal date provided by You upon registration (account creation) such as Your name, phone number, address and age;
electronic data (HTTP-headings, IP address, cookies, web beacons / pixel tags, data on browser ID, data on hardware and software, wi-fi network data);
date and time of access to the Web-Sites and/or Services;
information about Your activity while using the Web-Sites and/or Services (e.g., search history, purchases on the Services, organizations visited, likes and preferences, e-mail addresses of persons with whom you correspond, phone book data, information about interactions with other users, and files and content stored on Yandex systems);
geolocation information;
other information that shall be processed in accordance with the conditions regulating the use of certain Web-Sites or Yandex Services;
information about You that we receive from our Partners in accordance with the conditions of the agreements concluded between You and a relevant Partner and agreements concluded between Yandex and the Partner;
data on Your payment cards, other payment information provided by You and received from the Partners or other persons participating in performance of the payment transaction using the Web-Sites or Yandex Services and/or in connection with provision of paid services by Yandex.

The Yandex.Metrika service available at http://api.yandex.com/metrika that allows different services and applications of the User to interact with the Yandex.Metrika service of Yandex, LLC is registered at: 16, Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021 (hereinafter – “Yandex”). Yandex.Metrika uses cookies and creates pseudonymous usage profiles that allow us to analyse Users’ use of the Web-Site. The information stored in such cookies (e.g. browser type/version, operation system used, referrer URL address, host name of the accessing computer, time of the request to the server) is usually transmitted and stored on Yandex servers. To block Yandex.Metrka, an add-on may be downloaded and installed from the Web-Site https://yandex.com/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html?lang=ru Additional information is available in the confidentiality policy of Yandex: https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/?lang=ru. If Yandex.Metrika is blocked, some Web-Site functions may become unavailable.

The data listed above are hereinafter jointly referred to as “Personal Data”.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The purpose of processing User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mails, provide the User with the access to the services, information and/or materials contained on the web-site https://export35.ru/; to identify the User within the framework of provision of the Web-Site functions, to communicate with the user including to send notifications, requests and information related to the requests and applications from the User, to send messages and replies.
The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and different events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an e-mail to the Operator to order@export.marketvologda.ru marked “Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers”.
The depersonalized data of Users collected through Internet statistics services are used to collect information about Users’ actions on the Web-Site, to improve the quality of the Web-Site and its content.

5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

The Operator shall process User’s personal data only if they are provided and/or send by the User via special forms on the web-site https://export.marketvologda.ru/en/;
By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending his/her personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his/her consent to this Policy.
The Operator processes depersonalized User data if it is allowed in the User’s browser settings.

6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer and Other Types of Personal Data Processing

Safety of personal data processed by the Operator is assured by implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures required for assurance of the requirements of the effective personal data protection laws to the full extent.

The Operator shall ensure the safety of personal data and take all possible measures to preclude access of unauthorized persons to the personal data .

The User’s personal data shall under no circumstances be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of the effective laws.

Should any inaccuracies in personal data be identified, the User can update them independently by sending a e-mail to the Operator to order@export.marketvologda.ru

The period for processing personal data shall not exceed thirty days from the date when the purpose of personal data processing is achieved unless otherwise is provided for by the agreement of which the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary or guarantor or another agreement between the operator and the personal data subject or if the operator is not entitled to process personal data without the consent of the personal data subject of the grounds established by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On personal data” dated 27.07.2006 (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Law) or other federal laws. The User may withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via e-mail to the Operator’s email address order@export.marketvologda.ru.

User’s personal data shall be destroyed if the personal data subject withdraws his/her consent to processing of personal data and within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date when the purpose of personal data processing is achieved unless otherwise is provided for by the agreement of which the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary or guarantor or another agreement between the operator and the personal data subject or if the operator is not entitled to process personal data without the consent of the personal data subject of the grounds established by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On personal data” dated 27.07.2006 (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Law) or other federal laws.

The Web-Site does not keep personal data such as phone number and name at its servers, they are transferred to the e-mail of My Business, Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization. Other personal data are entered into the server log and kept for no longer than 30 days.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator shall make sure that the foreign country to which the personal data are to be transferred ensure reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of foreign countries which do not meet the above requirements may be carried out subject to the availability of a written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or performance of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.

The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest regarding the processing of his/her personal data by contacting the Operator via e-mail order@export.marketvologda.ru

This document will reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
