1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy Statement (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) is an official document of the ANO «My Business», registered at 15 Marshal Konev Str., Vologda, 160000 (hereinafter referred to as the «Operator») and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as «Users») using services, information, and services of the site located on the domain name https://export35.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

When you involve other people in our events and activities or invite them to communicate with us, the Operator may collect personal data provided by you about these persons, such as: first name, last name, date of birth, postal address, email address and phone number.

When processing personal data, we ensure the accuracy of personal data, their sufficiency, and, if necessary, relevance in relation to the purposes of personal data processing.

To maintain statistics and analyze the operation of the Site, the Operator processes data using the Yandex.Metrica metric service such as:

• personal information provided by you during registration (account creation), such as your name, phone number, address and age;
  electronic data (HTTP headers, IP address, cookies, web beacons/pixel tags, browser ID data, hardware and software information, wi-fi network data);

• information about you that we receive from our Partners in accordance with the terms of the agreements concluded between you and the relevant Partner and the agreements concluded between Yandex and the Partner;
• your payment card data, other payment information provided by you, as well as received from Partners or other persons involved in conducting a payment transaction using Yandex Sites or Services and/or in connection with the provision of paid services by Yandex.

The Yandex.Metrica service, available at http://api.yandex.com/metrika/ , which allows various User services and applications to interact with the Yandex.Metrica service of Yandex LLC, is registered at 16 Lva Tolstogo str., Moscow, 119021 (hereinafter referred to as Yandex). Yandex.Metrica works with cookies and creates pseudonymous usage profiles that allow you to analyze the use of the Site by Users. The information stored in such cookies (for example, the type/version of the browser, the operating system used, the referrer URL, the host name of the computer receiving access, the time of the request to the server) is usually transmitted and stored on Yandex servers. 3. Storage and use of personal data
